	"I was born and raised in Preston, Idaho, the son of an art teacher. Growing up I remember visiting the National Parks each summer and being impressed with their natural beauty and thinking how much I love landscapes. Later in life I lived in Paris, France for two years and studied some of the great Masters. I attended Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon and received my B.F.A in 2005.
